## Overview

Open Wearables is a self-hosted, MIT-licensed platform that unifies data from wearable providers through a single REST API. It goes beyond data aggregation: open health score algorithms, an MCP server for LLM-based health reasoning, and domain-specific coaching profiles.

Built and maintained by Momentum (themomentum.ai), a healthtech software studio with 130+ engineers and 220+ health projects since 2013.
