1.Data controller for openwearables.io is Momentum Sp. z o.o., located in Wrocław, ul. Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 26, 53-659 Wrocław, KRS: 0000602983, NIP: 8992778355, REGON: 3363012720. Open Wearables is an open-source platform developed and maintained by Momentum.

2.The controller commits to safeguarding data obtained from you, respecting your rights as data subjects and applicable laws, particularly GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679 of April 27, 2016), the Polish Act of May 10, 2018 on personal data protection, and other relevant legislation.

3.All employees with data access receive proper training. The controller implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards ensuring the highest protection level, plus GDPR-compliant procedures and policies guaranteeing lawful, fair processing and enforcement of your rights. The controller cooperates with Poland's Personal Data Protection Office when necessary.

4.Questions, motions, and complaints regarding data processing should be sent to documents@themomentum.ai or the controller's address. Responses will be provided within 14 days.

5.Collected personal data includes:

  • a.Name, surname, company name: for contact purposes and scheduling discovery calls
  • b.Email address: for sending calendar invitations and follow-up communication
  • c.Information about what you are building and topics to cover: for preparing relevant call content
  • d.IP address: for technical and security purposes

6.Data sharing is necessary for:

  • a.Using contact and booking forms on openwearables.io
  • b.Scheduling and conducting discovery calls
  • c.Sending product updates, release notes, and developer news about Open Wearables, where consent has been given

7.Data processing duration varies by basis:

  • a.Contract-based: duration of contract plus limitation period for claims
  • b.Consent-based: until consent withdrawal
  • c.Legitimate interest: while interest persists

17.Applicable law governs matters not covered herein. Legal provisions prevail over policy discrepancies.

18.The controller reserves unilateral amendment rights. Changes take effect upon publication at openwearables.io.
